Sunday Skincare - REN Invisible Pores Detox Mask

REN describe the Invisible Pores Detox Mask as ''a detoxifying clay mask designed to reduce the appearance of pore size and leave the skin purified, smooth and toned''

One of the biggest issues I have with my skin is enlarged pores so I'm immediately drawn to products which claim to reduce their appearance. Sadly there isn't much you can do about having large pores and contrary to what a lot of cosmetic brands say pores do not 'open and close' and you cannot get rid of them. Other than looking after your skin by properly cleansing and using products which help with their appearance, they're there for life unfortunately.

This mask does exactly what it says, it leaves my skin looking clearer, tighter, pores appear reduced (albeit only in the short-term) and my skin just feels really nice afterwards.

I find it to be gentle on the skin, doesn't tingle and doesn't dry tight like other clay masks tend to. It just dries and turns quite crumbly and is easily washed off with warm water and minimal effort.

It's no miracle worker and I use this mask when I don't really have any other issues such as break outs going on but I'd highly recommend it to anyone who suffers with enlarged pores or if you just want a feel good face mask.

REN Invisible Pores Detox Mask retails for £18 and is available here.

REN is one of my absolute favourite skincare brands, I can't wait to get my hands on a bottle of their much loved Glycolactic Radiance Renewal Mask!

Which masks are you loving this Autumn?

  5. I got this around 2-3 weeks ago and have been using it once a week. However I always follow it with a hydrating mask - love it though, gives a great cleanse!
